Very Fishy Tales from the Deep Blue Sea’

A wonderful opportunity for primary aged children to work with an amazing story teller.

Clive Pig, the Storyfella, is a storyteller like no other. He has recently been awarded joint ‘Bard of Exeter’. His original and dynamic delivery of World Stories appeals to young and old, making him a popular performer at festivals, schools and art centres. He will be in Budleigh for 1 day only performing at KNOWLE VILLAGE HALL, and offering workshops after the show.

The Show 10am-10.45am £2 (suitable for all ages)

Traditional tales dramatically told for the modern world

Storytelling Workshops
11am-11.45am (age 4-7) £4.50 (inc. Show entry)
1pm-2pm (age 8-11) £5.50 (inc. Show entry)


There are many ways to tell a story and these lively and dramatic workshops enable participants to explore and discover a variety of tale-spinning tips.

EXHIBITION AT SALEM CHAPEL, EAST BUDLEIGH

An exhibition on Sir Walter Raleigh, old East Budleigh and smuggling.
Donations on entry please. Tea/coffee available.

Organised by the Budleigh Salterton Lions Club – children  welcome.

Entrance £1.00 per book including 2 fliers.
Also play our ‘Free Lions Lottery Bingo’ house for £20 and receive a Loyalty card
– details explained on the night. The more people that attend, the higher the prizes will be.
